If the Club isn't useful in the first 30 days, email [email protected] and we'll refund you in full. After 30 days, the founding pass is non-refundable. You keep your tier badge either way.
Minimum 12 months from your purchase date. In practice we expect access to run considerably longer — we'd rather under-promise the term than slap "lifetime" on it. If we discontinue the Club before your 12 months are up, we'll refund the unused portion pro-rata.
Discord access is conditional on basic decency: no harassment, no spam, no doxxing, no recruiting members to your own paid program. We may remove members for serious or repeated violations. Removal after the 30-day refund window is not refundable.
Library skills, course material, and member-only resources are licensed to you for personal and internal team use while your membership is active. You can use them in your own projects, including commercial ones. You can't repackage and resell them, post the full text publicly, or share your account with people who haven't paid.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee a specific SLA. The Club may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, Discord, Railway), or other reasons outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to your membership is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We'll update this page if the terms change. Material changes get emailed to active members at least 14 days before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to your membership is brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
